Easy Chocolate Italian Love Cake
This cake was very easy to make. I halfed the recipe for two. It was delicious but next time I will put more sugar in the ricotta layer. It wasn’t sweet enough.

Ingredients:
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package of instant chocolate pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 16 oz. frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
